Do you accept insurance?

At this time, insurance is not accepted. However, a Super Bill can be provided upon request that you can submit to insurance to request reimbursement. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee insurance coverage at this time.

How is payment collected?

Payment is collected via Ivy Pay at the time services are delivered. A 10% prompt pay discount is provided for patients who pay for 2+ sessions in advance.

I will enter your phone number, which will send a link to a secure portal where you enter your credit card information and approve the first charge. You have the option to keep a card on file.

What are your hours of operation?

Hours vary between Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-12pm depending on patient needs.

What can I expect from a consultation?

A consultation is provided free-of-charge to learn more information regarding your specific concerns, review the evaluation and treatment process, determine if Creating Communication is a good fit, and scheduling your initial evaluation.

What can I expect from an evaluation?

A formal evaluation will typically last between 60-120 minutes depending on the complexity of the concerns. An evaluation will required you to participate in formal and informal assessment measures that will determine your current status and will inform the treatment plan. A brief overview of the evaluation will be verbally provided at the end of the session, while a formal written report will be provided within 7 days of the evaluation.

What can I expect from treatment?

Your treatment plan will be determined from the results of the evaluation. Specific goals will be provided verbally and in writing. During each session, each goal will be addressed. We will discuss how to continue to address these goals between sessions. We will continuously monitor your progress and update goals as needed. You will be discharged from services when you have met at your goals, or reached your maximum potential.
